Terms & Conditions

Last updated: 1 August 2026

These terms and conditions govern your use of the Ananta by Tattvam Retreat website and any booking, stay, day outing, corporate offsite, or event you make with us on Kanakapura Road, Bengaluru. By using this website or confirming a booking, you agree to these terms.

Acceptance of Terms

By accessing this website, submitting an enquiry, or confirming any booking with Ananta by Tattvam Retreat, you agree to be bound by these terms and conditions, along with our Privacy Policy and Cancellation Policy. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, please do not use this website or make a booking with us.

Use of the Website

  • You agree to provide accurate and current information when submitting a booking, enquiry, or newsletter sign-up.
  • You agree not to misuse the website — including attempting unauthorised access, disrupting its normal operation, or using it for any unlawful purpose.
  • Content on this website, including text, photographs and design, belongs to Ananta by Tattvam Retreat and may not be reproduced without permission.

Booking Terms

  • Rates displayed on the website or quoted to you are subject to change until a booking is confirmed with payment; once confirmed, your rate is locked in.
  • A valid government-issued photo ID may be required for all guests at check-in, in line with standard hospitality practice.
  • Standard check-in time is 1:00 PM and check-out time is 11:00 AM. Early check-in or late check-out may be arranged on request, subject to availability, and may attract an additional charge.
  • Bookings are confirmed only once payment (in full or as a deposit, as communicated at the time of booking) has been received.
  • Please refer to our Cancellation Policy for details on cancellations, no-shows, and rescheduling.

Guest Conduct

  • We ask all guests to be considerate of other guests and staff, and to respect the peaceful, family-friendly nature of the property.
  • Ananta is a strictly pure-vegetarian property. This policy applies across the entire resort, including all rooms, dining areas and outdoor spaces.
  • Outside food and alcohol may not be brought onto the property. Guests wishing to dine are welcome to enjoy our on-site pure-vegetarian kitchens.
  • The resort reserves the right to ask any guest behaving in a disruptive, unsafe, or unlawful manner to leave the property without a refund.

Liability

  • While we take reasonable care to safeguard guest belongings, Ananta by Tattvam Retreat is not liable for the loss, theft, or damage of personal belongings beyond what reasonable care requires. Guests are encouraged to keep valuables secure at all times.
  • Outdoor activities such as the swimming pool, nature walks, and lawn games are undertaken at the guest's own risk. Guests, and parents or guardians of younger guests, are responsible for their own safety and that of their children during such activities.
  • Nothing in these terms limits any liability that cannot be excluded under applicable Indian law.

Pricing & Payment

  • All prices on this website and in our quotations are listed in Indian Rupees (INR) unless stated otherwise.
  • Applicable taxes, including GST, are charged in addition to the listed rate unless the listing states that the rate is tax-inclusive.
  • Payment methods accepted will be communicated at the time of booking; any third-party payment processor used to complete your transaction has its own terms, which will apply to that transaction.

Force Majeure

Ananta by Tattvam Retreat may need to modify or cancel a booking due to circumstances beyond our reasonable control — including extreme weather, natural disasters, government restrictions, public health emergencies, or other events of force majeure. Where this happens, we will inform you as soon as possible and offer a full refund or, where practical, the option to reschedule your booking.

Governing Law

These terms and conditions are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes arising from your use of this website or a booking with Ananta by Tattvam Retreat will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Karnataka.

Changes to These Terms

We may revise these terms from time to time to reflect changes in our operations or applicable law. The "last updated" date at the top of this page shows when it was last revised. Continued use of the website or a new booking after changes are posted means you accept the updated terms.
