The 10-Night Ayurveda

Inside the 10-Night Ayurveda Rejuvenation Retreat

Every retreat is adjusted after your physician consultation, but this is the rhythm most 10-night guests follow — the full classical rotation, carried through a second pass in the back half of the stay.

Check-in from 1 PM with a welcome drink, followed by a consultation with our resident Ayurvedic physician to understand your constitution and set goals for the stay. The day closes with an Abhyangam — a warm-oil massage that eases travel fatigue and settles you in.
A second Abhyangam, followed by Churna Pinda Sweda — a herbal-powder poultice massage traditionally used for stiffness, inflammation and joint discomfort. Most guests spend the afternoon at the pool or on a nature walk.
Shirodhara — a steady stream of warm medicated oil poured across the forehead — is the centrepiece of this day, known for settling the mind. It's paired with Nethra Kshalanam, a gentle herbal eye cleanse for guests who spend long hours on screens.
A rice-bolus massage using Shashtika rice simmered in a herbal milk decoction, applied warm across the body. It's traditionally used to nourish and strengthen muscles and joints, and tends to be the most-requested therapy of the stay.
Warm boluses of medicinal leaves, tied in cloth and pressed rhythmically across the body — a traditional remedy for tired joints and muscles. A quieter day, best paired with a slow walk through the grounds.
A continuous stream of warm medicated oil massaged over the whole body — historically reserved for royalty and still considered one of the more indulgent classical therapies. A quiet day is recommended afterward.
Ksheeradhara — a cooling, herbal-milk variant of Shirodhara — paired with Nethra Kshalanam, a gentle herbal eye cleanse for guests who spend long hours on screens. A soothing midpoint as the stay turns into its second half.
An exfoliating scrub made from coconut, rice and oat powder, buffing away the accumulated oil from the week's therapies. A lighter day, with time free for the pool or a nature walk.
The rotation begins its second pass: Abhyangam followed once more by Churna Pinda Sweda, the herbal-powder poultice massage traditionally used for stiffness, inflammation and joint discomfort — this time with your physician adjusting pressure and oils based on how the first week went.
A traditional herb-and-flower face pack — a natural close to a stretch of oil-based therapies — followed by a closing consultation, where your physician shares a simple routine to carry home. Check-out by 11 AM.
